There are many things that can be done for Win98 to improve net speeds with cable modems, and I will try and cover all of them here. I've also included usefull programs and patches that will make your tweeking much easier. Win 95 and Win NT are less tweakable, but we have included as many tweaks as we could for these operating systems as well. You'll also find links to speed tests.
