This is the all important tweaks page.Here you will find the most important things I have learned about tweaking your cable modem connection so that you will see better down speeds.     There are many things that can be done for Win98 to improve net speeds with cable modems, and I will try and cover all of them here. I've also included usefull programs and patches that will make your tweaking much easier.     Win 95 and Win NT are less tweakable, but I have included as many tweaks as I could for these operating systems as well.     It's recommend that you try some speed test before you tweak, then speed test after, just to see if your tweaking is getting you anywhere.
